Whilst we are able to hire to customers with some endorsments on their licence there are certain endorsments which, for insurance reasons, restrict our ability to supply a vehicle. We can supply to customers with up to 6 points for speeding and we can also accommodate some road traffic offences.

We cannot supply to anyone with a DR or CD code or any other offence code - if you are unsure about these codes please contact our Reservations Team for clarification.
 

All hirers must have held a full driving licence for 2 years or more. We cannot supply to anyone with a provisional licence, or anyone who has held a licence for less than 2 years.

HGV Licences will be required to be checked by our Team on request.

All hirers must be between 23 and 75 years of age although there are some vehicles that require a minimum age of 25.
 
There are restrictions imposed by our insurers which mean that we are unfortunately unable to hire to persons in certain occupational areas. These include -

Professional Entertainers;
Professional Sports person;
Publicans;
Night Club owners;
Owners of Gaming establishments
Foreign Military and Students.
We do offer cover for customers to take vehicles outside of Mainland Britain, however due to insurance restrictions a minimum age of 30 is required for drivers in vehicles travelling outside this area.

In the event of an accident or mechanical difficulties involving your hired Van, it is important that your details are reported within 24 hours, as well as completing an accident form by the end of the rental period. All necessary details and copies of rental documentations should be retained in the event of Insurance company involvement - as well as the local Poilce being notified and a signed report obtained.
